How personal information submitted through this site is collected, used, and protected, in accordance with Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as amended by the Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information ("Law 25").
What is collected
The contact form collects your name, email address, an optional phone number, and the message you write. No other personal information is collected. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts.
Why it is collected
Solely to respond to your inquiry and, where a conversation continues, to conduct the resulting professional relationship. Your information is not used for marketing, is never sold, and is not shared with third parties except any service provider strictly required to transmit or store the message itself.
Consent
Submitting the form constitutes consent to this use. You may withdraw consent at any time by asking that your information be deleted.
Retention and safeguards
Messages are retained only as long as needed for the purpose above, then deleted. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards proportionate to the sensitivity of the information are applied.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal information held about you, request rectification, or withdraw consent, by writing to the address below. If unsatisfied with the response, you may address the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

Confidentiality incidents
